Daily Duties at Innovative Communities:
From 2002 - 2005 I was recruited to oversee the operations and construction of all projects within Utah. This included on a daily basis, review of budgets, onsite development, offsite developmet, entitlements, scheduling, contracting, purchasing and estimating. From 2007 - 2008, I was hired to oversee construction of a mixed use development, where on a daily basis, I oversaw from the ground up a mixed use development. After a few months I was required to complete a troubled housing community. Once this was completed went to another trouble communitiy to assist in its completion. The daily tasks included scheduling and pushing subcontractors through completion of their work, reporting back to superiors on prgress, procure inspections and compltion requirements with local authorities, etc.
