Daily Duties at Alumina Partners Of Jamaica :

Train supervisors on the benefits of an EAP, how to utilize the program and how the program is designed to help the supervisor do his/her job better. Coordinate the activities of the external service providers (counselors, social workers, psychologist and psychiatrist) Provide regular updates to senior management of the progress of the program and the areas where management's input is required. Administrative duties related to the development of a new program in a new work environment.
