Led the Relationship Marketing team that developed and executed Kimberly-Clarkâs North American consumer online marketing programs for eleven top brands including HUGGIES, PULL-UPS, KLEENEX, SCOTT and COTTONELLE. Responsible for overall digital strategy development and managed team performance which included; reviews, salary handling and career development. In addition to the Team Leader role, also performed the role of Relationship Marketing Manager for SCOTT and COTTONELLE brands.
