Managed day-to-day processes for multiple AT&T accounts. Developed prepaid co-branding card program and strategy. Program started with one division and is now serving most of the organization, including Cingular. Today program issues over 3million co-branded cards Launched several Virtual and Plastic Prepaid Card programs on the Open System, programs that run on the Visa/MC/Discover rails. Served as relationship manager for established partners Developed client solutions with various banks and processors Planned, scheduled and monitored client inventory and marketing materials Organized and moderated weekly client status meetings held in person or via telephone Reviewed and resolved customer complaints and fraud issues
