Managed a county jail medical dept., over seen daily functioning, labs, sick calls, DNA testing, coordinate x-rays and tests for housed inmates, staff developing, creating new policies, staff meetings, state reviews, chronic care clinics, medication ordering, coordinate care with psych, state services, scheduling staff, maintained records, organized medical dept. after replacing previous administrator.
