* In charged of leading a task-force consisting of 5 talented members to formulate strategic and marketing plans to enhance brand equity for the client. * Performed analysis of the industry, markets, direct and indirect competitors, macro economic and competitive environment. * Evaluated the client's strategic position, SWOT, internal and external factors, product portfolio, segmentation and target markets. * Analyzed consumer trend, consumer behavior and consumer perception of the brand and product lines. * Identified opportunities to enhance existing marketing programs to attract more visitors, increase customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer retention while still staying true to the client's core values. * Formulated a strategic Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) program to enhance the LACF brand. * Created tactical recommendations to implement brand-building IMC program using advertising, promotion, public relation, e-commerce and direct marketing strategies.
