• Perform monthly analytical review on critical financial ratios for internal cost control purposes for 46 parking garages across the city and 260 employees. • Review and interpret financials, conduct year end adjustments, and communicate and assist external auditors with year end audits. • Conduct detailed checks on financial statements and related crucial financial numbers to provide partners with a clear snapshot of quarterly cash flows. • Manage Balance sheet, Income Statements, and General Ledgers for quarterly financial reviews and provide reasonable and accurate accounting information used for proper business decisions. • Interface with various banks in New York City on a daily basis for any financial issues related to the company’s accounts. • File quarterly sales tax, NYC commercial rent tax, and other related tax returns for this $12M company.
