Daily Duties at Lightning Development Group:

Public Financing project manager for Residential Real Estate Developers. Assisted developer clientele in the creation and implementation of alternative methods of financing for residential and commercial infrastructure requirements. Responsible for management of both people and project resources, including identifying, structuring, underwriting and work-outs of tax-exempt municipal bonds. Established working relationships with all team members including municipality officers and consultants. Prepared numerous presentations and public testimonies for the benefit of the client and education of the public entities regarding the benefits of municipal bond financing. Worked closely with upper management and legal staff of residential developers to ensure that financial pro formas, cash flow projections and absorption studies matched with the introduction, timing and marketing of both the homes and bonds sold. Assisted manager in educating their sales staff in the marketing of homes with bond liens against the properties.
