Provided oversight of NYPORTS and CMS required reporting as well as investigations and notification of potential liability to insurance carrier; facilitate RCA teams and participate in FMEA team. Member of hospital-wide performance improvement committee, environment of care committee, medication safety committee, policy and procedure committee; co-chaired patient safety program committee. Participated in Joint Commission mock surveys and mock tracers; actual Joint Commission survey.
