Daily Duties at Sony Electronics, Inc.:
Succeeded in trouble-shooting machine stoppages and fixing problems. Ensured production machinery was in good working order and product flow was continuous through the Aperture Grille process by performing preventative maintenance and regular quality control checks. Analyzed Quality Control problems and traced back to root cause utilizing QC methodology. Designed tools (gauges) in order to check in-coming product; ensuring that only within specification parts came into the process. Instructed line workers on the correct use of these tools.
