Daily Duties at Lucent Technologies:
Extensively directed multiple ONG projects, communicating design code status to customers and solicited medium range forecasts for entry into HODES Webtrac system while offering suggestions on interface improvements. Documented and maintained department ISO-9000 policy standards. Led cross-functional teams through planning stages and assembled multiple project plans to meet the needs of customer interface. Gained trust and confidence of clients through open communications, extensive insight and suggestions, and efficient problem resolution. Gathered milestone delivery data, created tracking format and report status to internal and external consumers as needed. Worked within Lucent’s full product development lifecycle to ensure product documentation remained complete and accurate. Streamlined delivery process through implementation of MS2 project management software tool enabling smooth data dissemination throughout teams and departments.
