(Downsized in company-wide layoff.) Produced product start-up and programming procedures, operator manuals, and BOM spare parts lists. Collaborated with Project Engineering Department to conduct 3-phase UPS system construction, layout, and design work. Supported Training Department and conducted product training sessions. Provided on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis investigations for mission critical customer sites and field-testing initiatives.
