Organized this CBS affiliate's late evening newscast, selected stories, laid out broadcast, selected graphics, wrote anchor copy, supervised broadcast from control room as it happened, walking anchors, director, reporters and other involved staffers through each step and making adjustments for breaking news. Under my direction, ratings in the target demographic doubled.
