Daily Duties at Comforce \ Fsi B/E Aerospace :
Develop process and all phase of the project to support the SOW, for Modification and configuration changes for, United Airlines (747, 767, and 777). Managed the production of monuments, and resource leveling, CPM for delivery of product to United. Develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and communicate them to project team and stakeholders, identify problem, developed solutions and risk mitigation strategies, resolved resources and schedule conflict and develop WBS; Planning and managing the day-to-day team operation, Worked with purchasing and manufacturing developing workflow management and the LEAN manufacturing process.
