Enabler to Samson Migration: Defined and executed EIT strategies and business objective. Minimize any impact to customers utilizing existing system. Interface with client’s executive team to Defined projects requirements and translated business objectives into tactical plans. Developed and manage project schedules, WBS and identify risks, developed and managed virtual project team, resolved resources and schedule conflict; managed and reported budget forecast, test document management, UAT, end-to-end testing, Smoke testing. Closed and handoff to business operation.
