Recruited by Vice President of Sales Division to manage & hire a team of product managers’ for the cardiac diagnostic product lines at Mortara. • Responsible for management, training and operations of three product line managers. • Managed two product lines, the ST segment diagnostic monitor and stress testing equipment. • Communicated with the engineering and manufacturing departments to ensure timely development and production of new products, as well as enhancements to existing product lines. • Established marketing goals and programs to ensure market share and profitability. • Analyzed marketing information and made recommendations regarding advertising programs (sales literature, website, tradeshows & signage). • Provided and developed sales training materials for the field sales organization. • Coordinated and exhibited at national tradeshow conventions. • National speaker on ST segment monitoring. • Increased net revenue growth by 15% in first year and 22% in the second year.
