• Prepared monthly general expense package and assisted with the annual budget. • Performed monthly variance analysis and presented the results to senior management. • Prepared monthly accruals; prepared and posted journal entries. • Prepared CFO summary and external auditor requests related to cash reporting. • Reconciled various balance sheet and inter-company accounts as well as complex bank reconciliations. • Prepared annual premium taxes for three different business units; prepared personal property taxes. • Supported the development of capital project financial reporting. • Worked with project managers to review financial results, forecasting and support inclusion of capital projects in annual corporate financial plans and subsequent periodic forecasts.
