Daily Duties at Extendicare Health Services, Inc. :
Led sales and marketing teams to establish business relationships within the region by providing center and regional technical expertise regarding internal and external sales and marketing systems that resulted in skilled mix and revenue growth for the region • Responsible for recruitment, hiring and training of center specific sales managers. • Managed and reinforced sales and marketing policies and procedures in compliance with the marketing systems at each center to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the company programs. • Achieved regional skilled mix census growth year over year through collaboration with sales/marketing and operations team. • Developed overall sales & marketing strategies for the region by defining market goals and objectives for the centers in the region to be positioned positively in each market. • Ongoing analysis of regional performance from a marketing and sales perspective assessing for either successful or negative progress of trends and adjusting accordingly the areas requiring modification. • Directed planning of special events that included open houses of new units and specialty programs. • Planned for the overall advertising strategy for both the region and at each individual center. • Developed and maintained personal sales accounts to market and sell regions programs and services.
