Daily Duties at Pro Medica Health System:
Provided project management and internal consultation services for all components of the company, including Paramount Insurance, Toledo Children’s Hospital, Flower Hospital and the Toledo Hospital, a 774-bed acute care facility with 4,000 employees. Activities included management/leadership development, human resource management, employee relations, training and development, survey design and feedback, team building, total quality management and change management consulting. - Designed master interview guides for human resource functions to facilitate consistent, legal and in-depth interviews of prospective job candidates. Developed and implemented pre-hire assessment program to identify job candidates with right fit for company. - Designed curriculum, delivered training and coordinated organization’s formal educational series for new managers, including performance management, quality and operational effectiveness, employment interviewing, business planning, performance planning and appraisal, as well as team building.
