Responsibilities: customer consultation, survey design and administration, data analysis, report design, survey feedback, and ongoing consultation. Projects: • Leadership Surveys and Associate Opinion Surveys (survey & report design, data analysis, including multi-business unit sites and managers) • Organization-Wide Survey Validation (adverse impact analysis and technical report generation, for use in selection decisions)
