Designed assessments to tap multiple competencies, including integrity, customer service orientation, decision making, bio-data, safety awareness, physical strength, as well as situational judgments related to metrics. - Developed interview design and administration question-development based on job competencies, behaviorally anchored rating scale development and communications to interviews regarding proper usage and interview technique. - Led activities, including interviewer training and panel consensus facilitation. - 360 degree leadership survey feedback to organizational managers. - Familiarity with Title VII, Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures, and SIOP Principles for the Validation and Use of Selection Procedures.
