Develope Drawings and Specifications from Design Development through Contract Document completion. Developing sections, details, researching products and sustainable performance systems. Construction Administration duties which followed project construction activities from ground breaking through turnover to client to ensure all requirements of the Contracts were met. Review pay applications for accuracy, attend project meetings, answer RFI's and issue addenda.
