Daily Duties at Gilbane Building Company:
Responsible for overseeing $20-45 million of Contract scope and was the main funnel of information for all Sub-Contractor Project Managers. Identify, assess, prioritize and coordinate aspects of the structure and building veneer as well as the high-end finishes to ensure compliance with design intent. Analysis and improve efficiency of the means and methods applied by each overlapping trade.
