Generated reports in excel, maintain monthly and quarterly reports (Diversity Web reports, Workers’ Comp, OSHA Recordable. Timely communication of 11292’s and safety alerts. Run analytical reports for recordable trends) Generated new hire /rehire, relocation, salary adjustment, off-cycle checks, attribute changes, merit review, bonus plan, terminations. Coordinated and processed annual salary for 600 salaried employee in US, & Canada, approved timesheets for Contractors• Managed Fleet Vehicles for all Sales and Plant Managers• Provided backup coverage to Executive Assistant to the Divisional President Helped launch the new Nitamin Fertilizer Project (researched new prospects, targeting new market for business, helped created Marketing materials for Nitamin Adverted to promote Nitamin Fertilizer, created banners, posters for the Nitamin launch Researched new companies for potential business, logged all calls that come through the toll free number
