Supported EVP Director Infrastructure Client Development, Supported 8 VP Infrastructure Directors Typed all letters, memos and other correspondence for the Vice President Prepared highly confidential information for Division Directors Maintained extensive heavy calendars, Complex travel, (Domestic, International) Coordinated manager’s schedules on a daily basis Coordinated several operational /divisional meeting (travel, rental car, luncheon, dinners) Prepared, audited, approved expense reports, timesheets Scheduled conference calls weekly, monthly Created Power Point Presentations monthly Reconciled all American Express, Visa statements Provided backup coverage to Executive Assistant to the Divisional President Process invoices for payment
