Created and implemented the marketing and business development plans for White Marsh Mall. Developed special events, charitable programming, business development lead generation, negotiation of leasing deals and developed sponsorships. Served as department head for the Retail Marketing Team and manage twenty plus employees. • Led all aspects of media events, consumer product events, tourism campaigns and promotional initiatives for traffic building programs.
