Daily Duties at Sanmina Sci Corp:

Responsible to manage all aspects of Business segment or customer within the plant for operations. To be the focal point of contact for customer, Sales, Customer Service, all plant functions and manage escalations for the plant. Gather information and publish reports pertaining to the customer or business for operational metrics such as yields, margins, profits and will advise VP/Plant manager on matters relative to the running of the business. To be the focal point with regards to customer qualifications, transfer of part number and/or programs and provides periodic updates to customer, Sales, Customer Service and Division as necessary. 1. General customer co-ordination and communication, linking all departments to the needs of the customer. 2. Manage RFQ from customers and response to sales & / or customer 3. Sales Order Processing – handle sales orders timely & accurately,including checking delivery date, payment term, etc. 4. Communication with customers via phones and emails on daily basis to develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers through excellent communication skills. 5. Order management - missing order chasing and excess FG inventory management. 6. Demand management - Manage all aspects of demand/forecast received from customer. 7. On time delivery / past dues management - Ensured promised dates to customers are met. Past due issues are dealt with appropriate teams for corrective action and resolution. 8. Working closely as a team player with relative departments on lead time confirmation, A/R verification and credit /debit note issues. 9. Working closely with Technical support team and NPI team for customer complaints and new projects ramp up. 10. Conduct daily status calls with the customer and internal teams and drive action plans in the plant. 11. Customer profile establishment and filing. 12. Customer visits coordination and preparation. 13. Weekly dashboard calls with different teams in the division. 14. Actively participate in MORe (Monthly Operations Review) with the division VP and internal management.
