Key contributor to the rapid rise of company from start-up to global leader in automation software, through managing hardware/software installation projects from conception to sales to installation and training at customer facilities. Coordinated connectivity specifications, work-flow design and customer schedule requirements. Created marketing and advertising materials, drove public relations efforts, and built brand management strategies. Oversaw six engineers and four customer service reps. Sundance had 32 employees, annual sales of $5.5M, and a global customer base of more than 325 clients. Accomplishments: • Assisted in increasing company’s annual revenue from $90K to $5.5M within five years. • Deployed efforts globally, building solid channel partnerships with other vendors and interfacing companies in eight countries. Penetrated the Asian market, securing distribution and support networks across Japan, China and Australia. • Oversaw oversaw trade show logistics throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. • Quickly promoted from initial role as Sales and Marketing Manager.
