Daily Duties at Tmf:
Actively collaborate with senior management in completing projects, administrative operations, and scheduling to meet critical timelines, specifications and goals. Create and integrate class schedules and ensure database maintenance. Utilize strong comprehension of company policies, rules and regulations to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ensure quality customer service in efficiently managing incoming phone and e-mail communications and strategically forwarding messages to the appropriate personnel to maximize use of time and resources. Update senior executives on various company issues by drafting and maintaining current reports and overseeing files.
