Daily Duties at Instinet:
Managed a team of four in Y2K compliance remediation and planning. Developed Major Incident Reporting & Review process and led various IT projects. VP & Manager, Client Service Support Center, Donovan Data Systems (DDS), 1988-1992 & 1994-1997. Reorganized a client support activity for hot-line support of mainframe, PC/server software and telecom networks. Other Experience: VP of Electronic Data & Rates for DDS, 1992-1994 where I was responsible for a staff of 40 in data production and publishing. Also, DDS Support Center and Account Executive assignments, 1984-1988.
