*Coordinate and direct weekly assignments with team. *Report weekly to Managing Principals and CFO status of work in process, accounts receivable, new work proposals, and staffing requirements. *Prepare new service contract proposals. *Attend meetings with owners, architects, contractors, and staff. *Review and approve vendor's pay application requests. *Prepare written reports outlining the progress of work in field. *Primary contact for clients and resolve complaints. *Coach and mentor team for improved performance and job satisfaction.
