Executive management of 10 direct reports and 30 indirect reports Administrative oversight of all operations, finance and facilities Oversight of all financial reporting, budgets and accounting and development of a complete financial structure responsible to the board of Trustees Non-Profit Organization 501(c)(3) Led communication and marketing efforts that included: publications, direct mail, web site, letters, brochures and press releases for new programs and community awareness Direct member involvement, new programs, connectivity and relations
