Managed all accounting aspects of a non-profit agency that provides services to people with handicaps so those people can live as independently as possible and integrate with the community. Prepared monthly and annual financial statements and presented to the finance committee. Managed a staff of five. Prepared, submitted and collected Medicaid bills. Prepared annual budget and reported/analyzed variances.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
