Daily Duties at Transcom Worldwide:

• Responsible for 500 seat call center in Lafayette, Louisiana and the start up and expansion of a new 700 seat, 24 X 7 call center in San Antonio, Texas • Performance delivery responsibility for multiple divisions of Comcast Cable including Greater Boston/Western New England, Chicago, Indiana, & Michigan. • Lead the San Antonio team through the fastest and largest ramp in Transcom history with over 1500 agents hired and trained over a 90 day period. • Responsible for six managers & 45 Team Leaders. • Developed & implemented a multi-faceted employee engagement campaign - ‘Transcom Tribe’ - which included, town hall meetings, focus groups, online surveys, site activities calendar & establishing further connections to employees using social media tools such as Twitter. ‘Tribe’ resulted in reducing weekly attrition rate to 2%-4%, which is well below industry standards during a significant ramp. • Reduced average handle time by 42% with low tenured staff • Averaged 150 customer commendations per month as a result of customer experience focus and recognition programs • Managed daily changes as directed by the client, client relationship management, overseeing change and successfully managing challenges related to US operations owned by an international company • Leadership hiring and development for San Antonio & Lafayette
