Researched new technologies, applied computer simulation, statistical process control, and design of experiments to achieve lean productivity for quality and timely delivery of finished products. Example of projects: 1) design of experiment to optimize utilization of shop tools, 2) simulation study of engine repair process by optimizing processes, machines, labors, MTBF, MTBR, part arrivals, inventory, 3) held SPC classes.
