Daily Duties at Ethicon Endo Surgery:
Responsible to ensure product quality throughout the New Product Development cycle. Simultaneously support several Class II and II Device development programs at different stages of development cycle. Integrate analysis of diverse data streams from predicate devices to implement proactive quality goals early in the development phase of new devices. Drive design effort beyond the scope of product release approval to integrate product sustainability throughout its lifecycle. Integrate Application, Design, Sourcing and Assembly FMEA to streamline risk management activities before and after product release.
