I oversaw large complex military organization with high-pressure situations and need for team productivity. I planned, organized and conducted sensitive and complex military operations. Developed work and training schedules, assigned details, provided regular evaluations of officers and enlisted personnel for this diverse workforce. Additionally, I managed, coordinated and allocated resources for a multi-million dollar budget of this aircraft Maintenance Company.
