Manage all aspects of front-end departmental operations for the laboratory division. Supervise 36 staff members, spearheading daily communications and weekly meetings to maintain performance expectations, cohesive group functioning, and cash flow. Direct varied activities, including credit balance reconciliation, identification of accounts for collections, creation of revenue reports, and management of customer relations and inquiries. Resolve complex issues and streamlined procedures to avoid further inefficiencies and problems in the credit balance department. Consults with Account managers daily. Contributed to $1+M revenue per month, from expert management of 5 major client accounts located across 5 states. Collaborated with Director and Executive Management implementing daily/long-term strategies. Drove compliance with local and national regulations, such as Medicare and Medicaid
