Daily Duties at Claim Jumper Restaurant:

 My position entailed traveling to the new restaurants in order to properly train all kitchen staff. Before each new restaurant opened, I trained the kitchen staff on food preparation, quantities of food to order, individual portion sizes, proper preparation of soups and salads, bread preparation, dessert preparation and pantry inventory needed. I put into place a general inventory of what the kitchen would always need to have, quantity wise, on-hand at the beginning of each new work day. Sanitation and general housekeeping of the kitchen and food prep areas were also put into place by me.
