Daily Duties at Wet Design:

Leads a team in technical business operations and service delivery efforts for this Project-based Organization. Managed existing client relationships, advised customers on new technology, and deployed cost-effective solutions. Integrated IP/IT access control and surveillance camera systems at entertainment locations to monitor security & guest safety concerns in and around fountains. Single point of contact with client executives to ensure optimal customer service. Maintained a Contract portfolio and operations budgets Implemented Domestic & International Workforce Development programs to staff and train a workforce to maintain state-of-the-art water features around the globe.
