Provided techno-functional support on Oracle Applications (v11.0.3) and primary support for Manufacturing and Distribution Suites (Order Import, EDI, Order Entry, Workflow, Alert, Webstore). Analyzed business process and authored customizations. Provided secondary support for Financial Applications. Developed real-time & batch interfaces to/from external systems and data warehouses. Eliminated issues related to disparate applications and allowed further utilization of ERP system as sole source for critical data. Leveraged existing interface tables to upload orders to Oracle. Created custom interfaces to load critical data to Oracle where interface tables did not exist. Developed multiple reports for web deployment (Reports 6i); Order Extracts, Customer Price Lists, Sellable Product Listings, Inventory Locations with On-hand Quantities, Order Errors, etc. These were deployed either as reports within Oracle Applications or through the global OPARs Reporting System via the web. Developed numerous custom Alerts, several PLSQL custom triggers & procedures acting on Oracle Applications data structures, various Request Sets, Descriptive Flexfields, custom responsibilities, etc Led team and implementation of Oracle Sales Application providing customized functionality. Authored unit/regression testing, provided support to Sales and Marketing for presentation of business data from ERP and Data Warehouse. Authored and conducted custom training and user guides for worldwide enterprise application roll-out via web cast saving thousands in travel expense and decreasing call center traffic by 50%. Conceived and implemented Oracle-based process improvements for Sales, Finance and Operations. Established business requirements, designed specifications and built solution to increase EDI order management efficiency by 75%.
