Daily Duties at Keste Llc:

 Developed and enforced Project Management Office (PMO) and corporate policies impacting employees, peers, internal/external customers and interactions with enterprise business-critical systems.  Managed multiple projects for a variety of clients to schedule & budget. Assembled delivery teams, architected solutions and provided detailed schedules and estimates. Project portfolio revenue of $4 million.  Leveraged offshore technical resources to achieve favorable blended rates.  Managed projects related to; SOA Jumpstarts/Integrations, various EBS Enhancements (R12), Custom App Development (ADF/Oracle 11g AS), Configured Quote to Order, and participated in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
