Daily Duties at Current Employer (Fortune 500 Company):
- Recruiting and prospecting for new business partners - Conducting follow-up trainings and contacts - Supervise and insure that prescribed training and development is being conducted. - Coordinate administrative tasks. - Review, update and maintain a 3 month business plan calendar - Review goals and action plans and evaluate results to meet KPI objectives - Analyze perinent reports, such as sales, bad debt, National - Reporting, etc. - Analyze sales campaign summaries and reports, and develope action plans. - Review marketing initiaves and determine strategies to maximize sales. - Expand/refocus action plans for field activities to grow strategies such as New - Representative Development, developement of Sales Leadership, top sales representatives and potential top sales representatives. - Plan sales meetings, recruiting events, marketing events, and execute plans to drive attendance. - Conduct Development Contacts with each new sales leader, according to the appropriate development flow and contact guidelines. - Schedule and conduct field observations. - Conduct 90-Day business plans with Leading representatives. - Conduct leadership staff meetings. - Partner with sales leaders to model, observe and coach best practices. - Conduct Training Contacts with all representatives. - Increase top sellers list by increasing new members and growing level advancement. - Increase order submission numbers, sales amounts and staff growth. - Manage and reduce district's bad debt. - Manage monthly expenses and submit detailed monthly expense report. - Serve as a liason for my company with other businesses and organizations in the community. - Manage district email and voicemail. - Work cooperatively with other management within the company to improve business and share ideas.
