• Managed 9 million dollar project at KCI airport resulting in successful completion, while maintaining low budget variance. • Scheduled new project phase activities with Airport Tenants, and Airline interfaces, upgrades, and maintenance. • Charged with setting up North America Support facility and Office in Kansas City, from remodeling office to organizing support, engineering and sales staff in lieu of VP of Operations departure from the company. • In charge of The America’s product support and 24x7 Help Desk, with 12 employee's. (1st and second level and some development.)
