• Programmer for customer service system • Analyst for customer service system, ITRON meter reading system, rates system, stores inventory system and financial reporting • Systems analyst working with team members for customer service system • Primary support for customer service system, ITRON meter reading system, rates system, stores inventory system and financial reporting • Work with business users to determine project qualifications and develop, lead and implement changes to meet or exceed the users’ needs. • Work with business users and IT to improve existing processes.
