Created the Unemployment Compensation program for the Illinois Hospital member hospitals. Contested unwarranted unemployment claims, audited charges for erroneous benefit payments and represented the member hospitals before the Unemployment board. In conjunction, worked as a claims examiner in a team claim management environment to represent 91 hospitals in workers compensation cost control
