Monitoring of performance to contract. - Receivables and cash flow management - Supervision of insurance and certified payroll requirements and reporting. - Recruitment and retention planning and implementation of high-level engineering and technical personnel. - Responsible signatory member for union contracts and for management of jobsite personnel
