- Oracle DBA for HPL Systems and Facilities department - Drafted and implemented a detailed plan for the support of 400+ networked printers at HP Labs, over 4 sites worldwide. Incorporated plan into the service offerings of the IT department worldwide. - Designed and implemented the service delivery processes of the printing service to minimize problems, implemented 2-day installation turnaround protocol for new network printers - Assisted lab scientists and others with solving problems with various specialized hardware and software configurations
