Participate in design and production meetings. Monitor project performance. Coordinate workload throughout the entire project to complete documents on schedule. Track the financial aspect of the projects. Prepare construction documents and manage the preparation of construction documents by others. Assume responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and internal approval of materials and construction. Market clients and develop client relationships and orchestrate contractual meetings with clients and consultants.
