Daily Duties at Sprint :

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR Management of team of 8-10 customer Service Associates including performance monitoring, evaluations, and coaching. Development of Customer Service procedures for single invoice billing system. Development and implementation of performance criteria for Support Team. SPRINT LONG DISTANCE (continued) Members of development team for new Customer Service Work process to reduce repeat calls. Development and implementation of organization of Microfiche department including procedures, tracking methods and reporting. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE Processed and resolved customer inquires over the phone. Trouble Reporting Liaison between Customer Service Group and Switch engineers
